BigCommerce App
The FeedOps app for BigCommerce accesses and processes store data solely for the purpose of enabling feed optimization, product synchronization, and advertising campaign management on platforms such as Google Shopping, Google Ads, and Microsoft Advertising.
Data Collected from BigCommerce Stores:
- Product information (title, description, price, availability, SKU, etc.)
- Store configuration (currency, language, domain)
- Store owner and staff contact details (for communication and account linking)
How We Use BigCommerce Data:
- To generate and optimize product feeds for supported marketing channels
- To provide insights, reporting, and suggestions for product performance
- To synchronize feed data between your BigCommerce store and advertising platforms
- To ensure successful campaign setup, management, and maintenance
Data Sharing and Retention:
- FeedOps does not sell, share, or disclose your BigCommerce data to third parties, except as necessary to perform services you request or to comply with legal obligations.
- All merchant/store data retrieved from BigCommerce is used strictly for the purposes outlined above and is protected in accordance with our data protection and encryption practices.
- Store data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the services or as required by law.
Uninstallation and Data Removal:
When a BigCommerce merchant uninstalls the FeedOps app:
- We will automatically remove any store-specific data from our systems within 30 days.

When you uninstall the FeedOps app from your BigCommerce store, your subscription will be automatically canceled, and no further charges will be applied.
