Data Collected from BigCommerce Stores:

• Product information (title, description, price, availability, SKU, etc.)
• Store configuration (currency, language, domain)
• Store owner and staff contact details (for communication and account linking)
  

   

How We Use BigCommerce Data:

• To generate and optimize product feeds for supported marketing channels
• To provide insights, reporting, and suggestions for product performance
• To synchronize feed data between your BigCommerce store and advertising platforms

   

• To ensure successful campaign setup, management, and maintenance

   

Data Sharing and Retention:

• FeedOps does not sell, share, or disclose your BigCommerce data to third parties, except as necessary to perform services you request or to comply with legal obligations.
• All merchant/store data retrieved from BigCommerce is used strictly for the purposes outlined above and is protected in accordance with our data protection and encryption practices.
• Store data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the services or as required by law.

   

Uninstallation and Data Removal:
When a BigCommerce merchant uninstalls the FeedOps app:

• We will automatically remove any store-specific data from our systems within 30 days.
