Product synchronisation
Keep product data moving from source to destination
FeedOps keeps catalogue, price and availability data moving from your source systems to every connected channel.
Catalogue attributes run on an agreed schedule, from daily refreshes to multiple updates per day. Where supported by both the source and destination, price and availability can update on change and are typically processed and submitted within five minutes. Final visibility depends on the destination’s own processing time.
Continuous product synchronisation
Keep connected channels current as your catalogue changes.
- Scheduled catalogue refreshes
- New and changed products
- Destination-specific delivery
- Price updates
- Availability updates
- Failed-update monitoring
- Merchant Center errors and disapprovals
- Marketplace Seller Center approval checks
FAQ
Integration questions
Can FeedOps combine data from several systems?
Yes. FeedOps can match and merge product information from ecommerce platforms, ERP and PIM systems, suppliers, APIs, files and other sources using agreed identifiers and source-precedence rules.
What connection methods does FeedOps support?
FeedOps supports native platform connectors, XML, CSV and TSV files, SFTP, existing feed URLs, and bespoke REST or GraphQL integrations. API push, webhooks and event-driven updates are available where the source supports them; destinations may use a direct connection or a managed scheduled feed.
Can price and inventory update separately from product content?
Yes. Product information, pricing and availability can follow different processing schedules.
Does FeedOps replace our ERP, PIM or ecommerce platform?
No. Those systems remain authoritative. FeedOps prepares and manages their data for downstream destinations.
Can FeedOps build a custom connection?
Yes. Bespoke sources and destinations can be assessed and scoped when a standard connection is unavailable.
Can FeedOps synchronise marketplace orders and tracking?
Yes, as an optional capability for supported platforms. FeedOps can send marketplace orders to an ecommerce platform and return tracking or shipping information to the marketplace.
Can integrations be tested before launch?
Yes. FeedOps supports sandbox testing so source connections, mappings, feed rules, transformed data and destination outputs can be validated before production cutover.
Who maintains the integrations after launch?
FeedOps monitors and maintains the managed connections, feed configurations and destination requirements as part of the ongoing service.
