How to request deletion
To request deletion of Meta, Facebook, Business Manager, catalogue, or related integration data connected to FeedOps, email privacy@feedops.com.
- Use the subject line: Meta data deletion request.
- Include the email address used to authenticate or connect the Meta app.
- If available, include the Meta Business Manager name or ID and catalogue name or ID.
- FeedOps may ask for additional information to verify the request before deleting data.

FeedOps may allow users to connect their Meta Business, Facebook, or catalogue-related accounts to the FeedOps platform.
When a user connects FeedOps to Meta, FeedOps may access, use, and store information necessary to provide Meta-related services, including:
- Meta Business Manager names and IDs.
- Catalogue and product feed information.
- Account and business information required for catalogue management.
- The email address of the person who authenticates or connects the Meta app.
- Related integration data required to manage, optimise, and report on advertising or catalogue performance.
FeedOps uses this information only to provide, maintain, support, and improve the Meta integration and related FeedOps services.
How Meta user data is handled
FeedOps does not sell Meta user data. FeedOps does not share Meta user data with third-party tools, including AI models, except where required to provide the service, comply with the law, enforce agreements, prevent fraud or abuse, or protect the rights, property, or safety of FeedOps, its customers, or others.
FeedOps retains Meta integration data only for as long as necessary to provide the service, meet legal, security, accounting, contractual, or operational requirements, or resolve disputes.
