These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the FeedOps platform, including the Free Google Shopping Feed Audit and any related services.
By registering for, accessing, or using the FeedOps platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Service Overview

- channel integrations
Some services are provided free of charge, while others are paid subscription services.
2. Free Google Shopping Feed Audit
The Free Google Shopping Feed Audit allows users to analyze product feed data from supported platforms, including Google Merchant Center.
The audit service:
- operates in read-only mode
- does not modify, publish, or update your product data
- does not make changes to Google Merchant Center, advertising accounts, or ecommerce platforms
The audit provides informational insights intended to help users understand potential product data issues affecting visibility or performance.
3. Marketing Communications
By registering for the FeedOps platform or the Free Google Shopping Feed Audit, you agree to receive marketing and product-related communications from FeedOps.
These communications may include:
- product updates
- platform announcements
- educational content
- promotional offers
- invitations to events or webinars
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in emails.
4. Account Creation and Verification
FeedOps may review submitted registration details to confirm the legitimacy of users and organizations.
FeedOps reserves the right to:
- approve or reject account registrations
- suspend or remove accounts
- restrict usage of services
if information appears inaccurate, incomplete, fraudulent, or inconsistent with acceptable use of the platform.
5. Optional Platform Features
Within the FeedOps platform, users may have the option to connect their product catalog and activate additional platform features.
These features may include:
- AI data enrichment
- automated feed rules
- product feed optimization
- publishing feeds to advertising channels or marketplaces
- data synchronization and transformation tools
If you activate these features:
- the service may become a paid subscription service
- pricing may not be displayed before activation
- charges may apply once these services are enabled
Current platform services involving connected feed optimization may incur fees starting from no less than $450 per month.
Activation of these features constitutes agreement to applicable service fees.
6. Billing and Payment Responsibility
If paid features are activated within the platform, you acknowledge that:
- you may incur recurring subscription fees
- billing may begin upon activation of optimization or enrichment services
- fees may be invoiced monthly in advance or arrears depending on the service arrangement
If you do not wish to incur charges, you should not activate paid features within the platform.
Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of services.
7. Responsibility for Data Changes
If you connect your product catalog and enable optimization or automation features, FeedOps systems may apply transformations to your product data based on rules, AI models, or configuration settings.
You acknowledge that:
- you are responsible for reviewing and approving data changes before publishing
- FeedOps is not responsible for unintended outcomes caused by automated transformations or user configurations
Use of feed optimization features is at your own risk.
8. Feedback and Suggestions
FeedOps may invite users to provide feedback regarding the audit service or platform features.
Users are not obligated to provide feedback.
FeedOps is not obligated to implement suggestions or recommendations submitted by users.
Feedback may be used by FeedOps to improve products, services, and platform functionality.
9. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
- misuse the platform or services
- attempt to disrupt platform operations
- run automated scripts that overload the service
- reverse engineer software or algorithms
- use the platform for unlawful purposes
FeedOps reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate acceptable use policies.
10. Data Access and Permissions
When connecting external services such as Google Merchant Center, ecommerce platforms, or data feeds, users grant FeedOps permission to access relevant data required to operate the platform.
FeedOps will:
- only access data required for the requested service
- use secure authentication mechanisms
- allow users to revoke access at any time through their connected services
11. Service Availability
FeedOps aims to provide reliable access to the platform and services.
However, services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
FeedOps does not guarantee uninterrupted service and may suspend or modify services for maintenance, upgrades, or security purposes.
12. Limitation of Liability
FeedOps is not liable for:
- advertising performance outcomes
- data inaccuracies originating from third-party systems
- business losses resulting from feed configuration or advertising decisions
- indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
The platform provides tools and insights but does not guarantee performance results.
13. Intellectual Property
All FeedOps software, systems, methodologies, and audit technologies remain the intellectual property of FeedOps.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, copy, or reverse engineer FeedOps technology without prior written permission.
14. Account Suspension or Termination
FeedOps reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
- violate these Terms
- misuse free services
- abuse platform resources
- fail to pay applicable fees
Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting FeedOps.
15. Changes to Terms and Conditions
FeedOps reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
